I love nothing more than sharing what I've learnt over 20 years in professional services (consulting, tech and HR) with you and helping you to launch or grow. I want to help you navigate challenges and come up with creative solutions that work best for your business. I want to challenge you but also act as a safety net for you. My office is your safe space. There will be tears, and that's OK, because it's not easy, and you do feel stuck. Together, we're going to bust through that, until you don't need my support any more. That's one of my measures of success!

There's no one size fits all approach to my mentoring services. That's why I offer three packages with monthly, fortnightly or weekly sessions. On top of that, I like to make sure that you're getting more than a drop in session's worth of support. My mentoring approach is to make sure that you have as much support and as many resources as possible included in my packages.
So, each of my packages not only has dedicated 1-2-1 session(s), and regular 30 minute check ins, I also throw in group accountability sessions, events, workshops and WhatsApp / email support and of course, my extensive platform of resources.

The Regular
MONTHLY PACKAGE
- 1 x 2 hour session to discuss progress against agreed actions and targets, brainstorming, problem solving and update your business plans
- 1 x 30 minute monthly check in between sessions for any questions, updates or just a chat!
- 1 x Free accountability huddle in between mentoring meetings, and 25% off any other huddles that you attend that month
- Access to your mentoring portal containing all our discussion notes, actions and resources you need to take action
- Free events, webinars and workshops each month
- Access to the Resource Pod, our repository of toolkits, useful templates, book reviews, podcasts and articles that can help you in your business
- Weekly whatsapp / email check ins and support
