We listen to you about where your challenges are, the things that keep you up at night and we dive deep to take those challenges away. Most of all our coaching gives you one thing - the space for guided reflection, constructive challenge and tonnes of advice on actions you can take. Think of us as your professional but objective cheerleader. We want you to succeed. Why? Because we measure ourselves on IMPACT - how well you do as a result of our coaching, not how much we make doing it!

Our coaching programmes follow this general structure:

- Refine your products and services based on your knowledge of your clients
- Map out a financial growth plan
- Identify all the success factors you need to consider to support your growth
- Create a full roadmap for success
We bring you tools and templates that facilitate the right reflections on your future, that help you understand your market and your potential, and which generate actions which you can take.
Each session is a mixture of theory, reflection, action and accountability. By then end of our sessions you'll have a plan, but you'll find that you've already started with taking those difficult first steps and have started to build the momentum to grow.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING
If you are a freelancer, an solo entrepreneur or the owner of a small business that you are struggling to grow then this is the coaching programme for you.
Over 8 sessions with our master coach Sophie, you will learn the fundamentals of creating a business strategy and a growth plan to meet your longer term objectives (we'll help you set those too!). You'll learn about setting meaningful targets, creating a profitable growth plan for your products and services, and understand all the elements and actions you need to take to achieve this growth.
We'll even throw in two pulse checks after 3 & 6 months to check on your progress and help you tweak your plan to reflect your success!

GROUP COACHING CIRCLE
Our coaching circles connect entrepreneurs, freelancers and small enterprise owners and discuss key topics each week to help drive growth and profitability in their company. Benefit from both 1-2-1 sessions as well as peer coaching.
Each week we will have a facilitated session, discussing topics core to driving our business growth and success. We will share our progress and deep dive into challenges we are currently facing. Each week we will partner up to complete peer coaching exercises, as well as business planning exercises. Each coaching circle cycle is 10 weeks.
