Growth Pod Management Consulting Services LLC Mentoring Support Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of professional business mentorship services ("Services") by Growth Pod ("Mentor") to clients ("Clients") who subscribe to the Mentor's monthly subscription product. By subscribing to the Mentor's services, Clients agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Services Provided:
  • Each month, Clients will receive one (1) two hour coaching session and one (1) 30 minute check-in session with the Mentor.
  • The coaching session will be in person at the Mentor’s office, or virtually over zoom
  • The 30 minute check in session will be held virtually
  • The Mentor will provide advice, guidance, detailed notes, and next steps tailored to the Client's needs.
  • Proprietary resources, tools, and materials may be shared with Clients during the sessions. These resources and materials remain the intellectual property of the Mentor and must not be shared with others by the Client
  1. Subscription Term:
  • Clients agree to a minimum subscription term of six (6) months from the date of enrolment.
  1. Cancellation Policy:
  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but they will be charged for the remainder of the minimum term.
  • To cancel, Clients must provide written notice to the Mentor at least fourteen (14) days prior to the desired cancellation date.
  1. No Show Policy:
  • If a Client fails to attend a scheduled session without providing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior notice, the session will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled.
  1. Code of Conduct:
  • Clients agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner during all interactions with the Mentor.
  • Respectful communication, honesty, and confidentiality are expected at all times.
  1. Follow-up and Contact:
  • The Mentor will endeavour to respond to Client inquiries and communications within two (2) business days during regular office hours.
  • Follow-up sessions and communication will occur during agreed-upon office hours, typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM [Mentor's Time Zone].
  1. Limitation of Liability:
  • The Mentor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Services provided.
  • The Mentor's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to the Mentor under this Agreement.
  1. Confidentiality:
  • All information shared between the Mentor and Client during sessions shall be kept strictly confidential.
  • The Mentor agrees not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without the Client's consent, except as required by law.
  • Both Mentor and Client will sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement which is binding
  1. Modification of Terms:
  • The Mentor reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Clients will be notified of any changes and will have the opportunity to review and accept the revised terms before they take effect.
  1. Governing Law:
  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By subscribing to the Mentor's services, Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
