If there’s one thing I’ve learned from my clients it is that there is no one size fits all approach to growing a business…Except my approach! JUST KIDDING

And it’s really hard knowing how to apply all those many growth methodologies to you and your business. It can be exhausting and seriously hard work pinpointing where you are on your growth journey, and what you should prioritise to get maximum impact. Well I do, and over the last few months I’ve been creating a tool that gives you a 360* of where you need to focus on to grow your business. It’s 30 Yes / No questions, and can be completed in under 3 minutes. Once you’ve finished you get an assessment across each of the 7 areas of the Growth Pod Methodology and some tips on what you can do to improve your growth readiness score.
